The accommodation was clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was spacious with a TV and lovely views, making our stay enjoyable.

Large size of bedroom and bathroom

Hairs found on sheet and valance sheet full of hairs and dirty. Multiple hairs also on bathroom floor. Mentioned it to staff at reception in morning (as an observation) and she just shrugged and didn't apologise. Man that checked us in most unfriendly and didn't seem to know what he was doing.

Fairly clean, great value hotel, the location was comfy just off restaurants, San Bernardino and Glen Helen Amphitheater. The staff were courteous, and the room was brand-new with microwave. Everything was great, I liked that.

The rooms here were super new, and they came with a sweet view and a TV, just to give you an idea. 📺 Also, the spot of this place was really great - it was close to shops and really quiet.

The price was good, the staff were kind, and I had access to free wifi, the room was clean, and it was pretty good what it has been described. If you are in the town and looking for one night stay in low price hotel, consider it as an option.

The air conditioner was not automate, So during the night, I woke up several times as it was either too cold or too hot.

It was close to the event that I was attending and I stayed at motel six next door it had bugs and they dont clean there venting system

Small parking lot breakfast could have had some meat and they did not have my reservation handy they had to look for it

the place was pretty clean and my room felt super new and spacious. I was really grateful for the AC unit in the room, it kept me cool during the stay. The bed was nice and cozy, which made my sleep great. Also, the convenient location near some good restaurants was a big bonus. Had a good time here! 🌟

I thought I had booked an ada room, and needed one. Because of the booking through Booked.net, I would have had to call again. The staff could have been more helpful. As it was, we kept the room we had.

The rooms are perfectly clean and huge. The location of the hotel is favorable, not far from a hill with a beautiful view, concerts at the Glen Helen Amphitheater, and motorways.
